Business Visa

Understanding the specific visa application requirements is essential for professionals planning to travel to Spain on business. Here’s what you need to know to prepare for your Spain Business Visa application. All applicants must attend the Spain Visa Application Centre IN PERSON by appointment only. VisaPoint can offer a premium appointment booking service and will submit the application on your behalf. Applicants are required to attend the Visa Centre between 15:00 – 16:00 on the day of their visa appointment for biometric data collection only. Please check with us for the earliest available appointment date.   For the appointment booking, please provide the following details by e-mail to info@visa-point.com:

• 🔹 Copy of the passport (front page)
• 🔹 Copy of UK Residence card
• 🔹 Copy of last Schengen visa
• 🔹 Home address
• 🔹 Telephone number
• 🔹 Estimated dates of travel

  We will then need to receive all original documents as per the list below 3-4 days before the appointment to check and prepare them for submission.  

SPAIN BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS

• 🔹 Passport (valid for 3 months after expiry of visa)
• 🔹 UK residence card (valid for 1 month after expiry of visa) If your BRP expires on 31 December 2024: please submit the UKVI outcome letter confirming until when you have been granted permission to stay in the UK. Please also provide the share code for your “right to work” or “Prove your immigration status”.
• 🔹 2 clear pages in the passport
• 🔹 1 Visa application form
• 🔹 2 recent passport photographs (not more than 1 month old), 35 mm x 45 mm in size
• 🔹 Original or PDF copy of the letter of employment confirming the purpose of travel to Spain (not more than 1 month old)
• 🔹 Original or PDF copy of the letter of invitation from a company in Spain confirming the purpose of the visit, written in Spanish only (not more than 1 month old)
• 🔹 Payslips for the past 3 months
• 🔹 Original stamped by the bank current account bank statements for the past 3 months + recent transactions up to date, showing at least £96.00 per day of stay in Spain but no less than £860.00 as closing balance.
• 🔹 Return tickets
• 🔹 Proof of accommodation for the time of stay, hotel reservation or property lease showing the applicant’s name
• 🔹 Travel insurance valid for all Schengen countries

  PROCESS DURATION: Up to 10-15 working days from the next available appointment.  

VISA FEES

Consulate Fee (Premium Rate): £194.00 Return Delivery of the Passport: £30.00 VisaPoint Handling Fee: £200.00+VAT Total: £464.00 per visa  

 

Tourist Visa

For individuals planning to travel to Spain for tourism, it is essential to understand the specific visa application requirements.
