If your BRP expires on 31 December 2024: please submit the UKVI outcome letter confirming until when you have been granted permission to stay in the UK. Please also provide the share code for your “right to work” or “Prove your immigration status”.
Passports eligible for a German visa must have 2 spare blank visa pages and cannot be over ten years old.
Photographs must be recent, not previously used on any other visas in the passport, and presented on a plain white background – scanned photos will not be accepted. The applicant’s name must be legibly printed on the reverse side of the photo.
The letter of employment must be addressed to the Embassy of Germany, Visa Section, 23 Belgrave Square, London SW1X 8PZ. It must include the applicant’s name, the start date of employment and the position held in the company. It must also confirm the purpose of travel to Germany and duration of business trip(s) and, if applicable, a guarantee to cover all travel expenses, including travel health insurance).
The invitation letter must be addressed to the Embassy of Germany, Visa Section, 23 Belgrave Square, London SW1X 8PZ. It must include the applicant’s name and confirm the purpose of travel to Germany.
The travel insurance policy MUST cover the full period of the visa applied for, as well as any hospital/medical/repatriation costs that may be incurred. The minimum cover must be at least 30,000 Euros.
The tickets must show that the visa applicant will enter Germany within 90 days from the application submission date. The original booking confirmation, if accompanied by proof of payment in full, will be accepted as an alternative to tickets.
